Here is a way for a new college student to get credit for what they already know. Passing a CLEP (College Level Exam Program) test will give you credit for the beginning level college courses. If a college student has a hobby of Astronomy, they can take the Astronomy science CLEP test and get college credit when they pass the test. There are many different CLEP tests that will get you through college faster. You can even take the CLEP tests for free if you are in the military!!!
