University of Toledo offers free tuition to 6 Ohio cities graduates

Students in Ohio can go to the University of Toledo for free if they are from Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo public schools, show some financial need and keep their grades at a B average or higher. To find out the details, check out:

By the way, I have been looking for DTV (digital TV) converter boxes for only the $40 government coupon. The best I can find is Dish TV. You can search for retailers at: http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/offers/locate_retailer/locateRetailer.aspx
