Hey gang, Great news for the people that qualify for this program. President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela decided to continue the free heating oil program. Venezuela's Citgo Petroleum Corp. announced the aid program would continue on Wednesday, just two days after its partner nonprofit group, Boston-based Citizens Energy, said Citgo had halted the free fuel shipments due to the world economic crisis.

Remember, you have to meet an income requirement and the program is only good in certain states.
